Order Cancellation

● Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

● Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

● Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

○ Lost in transit

○ Wrong product delivered

○ Damaged product received

● Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 7-14 business days to the original

payment method.

Return Policy

● Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

● Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

● Approved returns will be replaced within 2-3 business days.

● Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
